Čist i uredan apartman u samom centru Raba. Grijani bazen je extra dodatak za sve one koji putuju s djecom. Trgovine i restorani su na 300m udaljenosti, ali smještaj je u mirnoj ulici i nemate doticaj s turističkom gužvom i bukom.

Blizina centra, OK parking, čistoća, u služnost i brzina osoblja.

WiFi signal vrlo slab / nikakav. Bazen se dijeli na 8 apartmana, nema dovoljno privatnosti jer su terase prizemnih apartmana doslovno 2 metra udaljene od bazena, sve je previše zbijeno.
