"All in all its a nice place to stay for one night , Would i stay there again NO"

Love the shower , Everything was clean & Tidy

Noise upstairs was so excess , Thumping & Bumping , It was like they were moving House Seat covers on chairs , Cover your clothes with fur No advise on code for key lock before arrival

Location was great, really close to main street of Rye, new bathroom facilities are great, excellent fridge keeping beer crisp 👌

Quite dusty, water leaking from ceiling and has been for some time (by the look of the plaster), is a sectioned off part of double story house with minimal sound insulation from residents upstairs.

"Hidden gem only minutes from the beach"

gorgeous cozy unit, under main house. Easy check in and out. Situated in a quiet back street only minutes from the beach. Very small but perfect for what I needed. Everything I could have needed was included, from glasses, to extra blankets , soap, hair-dryer, stove and fridge. Beautiful and clean, with a very comfy bed. Considering the area, the price was fantastic. Lots of restaurants and cafes only a few minutes drive away. Had a homey feeling. On-street parking but plenty of room available. Will definately try to stay here again on our next trip to rosebud. If you want space, this is not the place for you , but if you only need a good queen bed and somewhere safe to relax and leave your belongings, this is a gem.
