Het appartementsgebouw is centraal gelegen in Lanersbach op loopafstand van de wikels, restaurants en Eggalm skilift. Het appartement Himmelschlussel was modern en praktisch ingericht. De eigenaar/beheerder was zeer vriendelijk.
