Belső parkoló, kényelmes ágy, kellemes hőmérséklet, városközpont gyalogosan is elérhető.

A konyha felszereltsége minimális. A szobában nincs hová letenni a csomagot és a levetett ruhát. A nyitott kapun át éjjel-nappal átjön az arra járó villamos ill. autóforgalom zaja. Az ablakot nem lehetett éjjel, vagy távozás után nyitva hagyni, mert azon bárki könnyen beléphetett volna a szobába. A valamikori szúnyogháló le volt tépve róla. Szombaton délután-este zenés vacsora zajlott az ablakunk alatt az udvaron. Ez este 8-kor megszűnt, viszont nyomban követte egy másik, még sokkal hangosabb zenés összejövetel az alattunk lévő helységben. Ez hajnali 4-ig tartott. (Hangos zene, olykor kórusban éneklés, ablakunk alatti hangos társalgás.) Elaludni csak ezután birtunk, így éjszakánk igen rövidre sikeredett. Ezt méltánytalan támadásnak érezzük az ott lakó vendégekkel szemben, akik a szállásdíj fejében jogosan tartanak igényt nyugodt éjszakára.
