Eugene was exceptional and went out of his way to assist. There was a power failure while we were there and he kept us updated

I think there should be candles and insect repellant in the event of a power failure - as we were in darkness. Could not use the fans so windows had to be opened. without power, the fans don't work, huge mosquito problem

Kitchen facilities were a little basic.

The farm and cottage we stayed in are beautiful, the staff super friendly and helpful. The wine tasting and platters are amazing. All in all a 10/10 experience!

Lovely old cottage on this wine estate. Don’t expect mod. cons. but lower yourself into it and it’s delightful. A lot of natural shade on v hot days. Rinaldo is a brilliant support for any help you need. We loved the location and position of the unsupervised swimming pool.
