Beach and Sea Bali Hai

Location was perfect. Nice and quite.

Cutlery and crockery was dirty. Most of the crockery had a chip or 2 in. The pipe at the basin leaked so everything was wet. Aircon from downstairs made a water damp in the bathroom and passage. Dirty whole time. Fan in one of the rooms made a huge noise.

Conveniently located near the airport

I was naive not to read the previous reviews on the cleanliness of this apartment. The place is filthy, there is literal dust sitting on top of the furniture. Cutlery and crockery is grimey and dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. Linen stinks and is not clean-stained. In one of the bedrooms we had to sleep on top of the comforters as the sheets had beach sand and were dirty. Likewise in the shower, there was beach sand. The place smells damp and mouldy, opening the windows and patio doors does not help. AC unit is inop, even though there are instructions from the host not to have the temperature set lower than 21 degrees. In conjunction with the above mentioned, this made the stay even more unbearable. In general, this apartment is neglected when it comes to cleanliness, as well as the amenities. This apartment shouldn’t even be advertised in the current state that it’s in. Thankfully, we only stayed one night as the purpose was convenience to the airport for early morning flights.

The unit 502 was big,in good condition..the sea view was amazing saw some dolphins,it was really exciting .

There were 6 of us ladies and there was only 2 toilet rolls/tissue,the balcony light was not working,one of the beds were really not comfortable to some of the ladies...getting an Uber was really hard we had to walk to the nearest garage....there are no fans in the dinning area,it was really frustrating because it was super hot

The host was very informative, he gave us instructions in advance oh how to get keys. The place was very clean. It's a nice quiet area for relaxation. The staff was friendly.

It was difficult to get an uber.

I loved the view, the house was clean.

I hated the fact that we had to stand outside in the wind for 2 hours when we were traveling with my 72 year old grandmother, all because the host and company did not leave the keys where they were meant to be. We had to go back and forth three times to look for keys that were not there. Very very disappointing.
