Umhlanga Arch - Ocean Views, Queen size bed plus free wifi

Location and apartment were perfect. Very tasteful and high quality kitchenware. Was happy to see an espresso machine ( but the cup stand was broken and needs to be replaced.)We brought our own with pods so that was a pleasant surprise.

Mattress needs to be replaced. Bedside hanging lights are inconvenient and globes get hot. Couldn’t work the safe.

Stunning views. The apartment is neat and clean, with thoughtful touches like extra blankets and very clear communication. The hosts are exceptional - professional, and courteous.

This one is a master piece with all the views you would love, it has the city view with beautiful lights at night. It have the ocean view, my girlfriend and I call it the Umhlanga eye, very beautiful it overlooks most of the Premium Umhlanga buildings and the light house. I personally rate it number one in all the hotels and apartments within Umhlanga.

The apartment was lovely and very nicely furnished, but unfortunately the bed and pillows were terrible. It was so very uncomfortable. Other than this aspect (which was unfortunately an important part of the stay, everything was wonderful. The staff at the concierge desk were also underwhelming. They were so busy talking to each other that I had to interrupt them on 4 different occasions while I was trying to check in. That was very disappointing.
