Location superb and very clean. Amenities available and located close to convenience store..Also very safe

Some critical utensils were missing. Kitchenware could not accommodate formal dinner.

The apartment is spacious but was really run down. Good location for Ironman but I am sure if I looked harder I would have found better. Summerseas has always been a great choice for us but this was terrible. I would avoid her two apartments 54 and her other apartment.

Upon arrival check-in instructions were not clear at all. All we were told is report to security. Whom asked for a barcode which we then got shifted from one person to another. The apartment (Which had just been cleaned) was extremely dirty. There was food left in the microwave and was not cleaned. The fridge had a very bad smell and had not been cleaned. Dirty cutlery and crockery had been put back into the draws with food still attached to it. Cigarette box had been left in the draws. Oven had not been cleaned in months The cupboards had layers of dust on in them Dirty and stained blankets were put back into cupboards. We received two very small dirty "bath towels" which looked like needed retirement, for a family of four, after which they then only brought back 2. The prepaid electricity meter ran out of electricity and so did the batteries in the tv remote. Even if we could watch the TV was as big as my desk monitor. They also advertised DSTV, Netflix etc which you needed to access with your own codes. Sindi claimed that she was at the apartment 2 weeks ago and the ladies did a deep clean. I don't think she knows what that really is as the floors next to the fridge had not been cleaned in years, the window months and the cupboards weeks if not months. When she did send someone back they did the bare minimum. there was not even a cloth in sight to wipe down the cupboard and counters ourselves. I had to go out and get cloths and cleaning equipment so that we could actually pack groceries inside the cupboards and cloths out of our luggage. She then argued that her rates are really good. The only good ratings she had was for location and comfort. Others were poor for the area.

Beautiful place and very central. It was great to have a washing machine & tumble dryer. Comfortable beds and everything that we needed. Loved the lounge area. Very safe.

We were off to a bit of a rocky start, because the geyser wasn't switched on and therefore we did not have warm water the first night. The gas stove didn't want to work, but electrician fixed it the next day. Someone left dishes in the dishwasher and it had mold on when we opened the dishwasher. The outside area should be cleaned and looked after better. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Good Afternoon, We stayed over the weekend at your apartment.  We are also in the industry, so thought I firstly would like to say for a 4star apartment, it is very poorly looked after.  I have attached some photos of broken things and dirty things.  We had no gas the whole weekend, even though we asked. Nobody came to bring a full one. We had issues with the electrics which then resulted in no fans working and some of the plugs.  So we could not use the stove or the kettle for morning coffee etc.  The electric issue is obviously an ongoing problem, as when the ladies finally pitched up at 2.30pm (although we sent a WhatsApp early in the AM) they knew exactly what to look at. The ore paid meter switch. You can see by the state of it, it has been re-set countless times, which suggests there is a deeper under lying issue which needs attending to.  There should be a braai facility, being a holiday apartment.  We saw previous guests had made a braai in the scruffy pot plant on the verandah - so then we did too. All the plugs in the house are mainly 2 prong, yet the plug boxes are all to fit a 3 prong. So either you need to replace to 3 prong, or change your plug fittings on the wall to have a 2 prong option. We could only find 2 sets of adapters, so not all rooms can run what they need.  Fan in the double room doesn't work.  Weird that you have stunning ornaments tucked away in the main bedroom cupboard and have on view old broken ornaments for guests to see?? I would laminate the papers on the wall, as it looks terrible all crumpled like that. The gate leading to the pool is all broken and pulling off the wall.. Not safe, especially if there are children. We would like to request a refund as it's actually just unacceptable.  I await your response.

The property was ok beautiful views but there where cameras all over which made my kids not comfortable even in the bed rooms that made us so uncomfortable
