"it was okay cos of the place and facilities however a few things needs to addressed ."

Place is beautiful and spacious and its in a serene environment .

So for me personally i felt that the hospitality/instructions should be better in terms of us beings first time guests . 1. For starters when we got there we had to wait for housekeeping to be done and went on for about 3:30 or so after me requesting an earlier time for check in , i requested 13h00 - 14h00 pm since we traveled from JHB and we were exhausted so having to still waiting was not at all appropriate . 2. The Tv was was faulty , however was attended to by Corrine the next morning . This should however be maintained and checked by the by the flat manager before a next occupant . 3.The beds on flat 168 room 2170 are not very comfy and need to attended too especially for an accommodation of this caliber . 4.Lastly as expressed on point one time for check out is 10h00 am and yet cleaning service was already there at 9 am . i found this a bit disrespectful and i felt rushed out cos as stated check out is at 10h00 am. i am not happy with this at all
