PAYING FOR AIR CONDITIONING: The listing states that it includes air-conditioning in the price of the stay. This is an ADDED AMOUNT TO YOUR COST. You have to load money onto a meter via a South African Banking App to pay for air con! Nothing is said about this before you book this property! Very deceptive! If you're from overseas, you're well and truly stumped! There is also an added amount for cleaning after you leave. This has been a first for us. There were NO TOP SHEETS on the beds, just comforters. We had to ask for those. Our first night we just about died of heat stroke! This booking is a 'NO CANCELLATION BOOKING', so you cannot see the hidden costs before hand. It's only once you are locked in, do those start accumulating. The actual price quoted on the listed Booking.com advert is NOT the price you will be paying! One needs an off road vehicle to reach the house. This is one property we will not be visiting again, purely because of the deception. On a positive note, the outside Boma was lovely to sit around at night, and the outside patio was lovely. We also enjoyed the pool, and watching the buck come round at breakfast time.

Arrangements were clear and well ahead of time. We enjoyed the bucks and wildlife walking past the property. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed having all essentials required for a comfortable stay. Thank you!

The place looks good but the house it's not clean inside lot of spider webs and the bathrooms are dirty 😳
