ZAAn extremely well located and comfortable unit. The view and location is exceptional. Lovely pool in the complex and right opposite the lane that goes down to the Shaka's rock beach.
Being right at the top of the hill in the complex made walking for my elderly inlaws a bit strenuous.

The host is extremely rude! From the 1st day we arrived, she was furious on the phone because we were 10mins late since we were caught in traffic and we had to receive the apartment keys from her. Problems continued the next morning after she was blowing my cellphone with phone calls & messages saying she has received a message from a resident staying next to the apartment we had booked saying they could hear us coming back from dinner at night & we were laughing out loud, they carried on saying our high heel shoes were making a noise as we were walking up the stairs (there is no private entrance to the apartment booked, there’s a tedious stare case that you take through neighbouring apartments which is so inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggage). The host insisted throughout the day she laid a complaint to us through phone calls saying we should pack our bags & leave immediately and she will be at our apartment at 15:30 to kick us out. We had no problem leaving this place since it turned out to be a nightmare staying there but she refused to refund us for the night she kicked us out since we had paid for 2 nights. Our plans for that day were completely ruined since we were there for a vacation. We didn't get a chance to address the matter in a civil way as she was screaming during the phone calls we had. We felt extremely intimidated as she was accompanied by her ‘husband’ to kick us out, luckily we called saps to intervene this matter as we felt harassed & exploited. Thanks to the SAPS in Balitto who came to mediate the matter & she finally agreed to refund us for the night she kicked us out for. (Let’s not go through the breakage deposit havoc!

ZABreath taking views Clean apartment Great location Perfect for a gateway. Heather was so welcoming from the get go.She ensured we were settled in before she left. Checked in if we were okay on day 2 and also popped in on the last day. The apartment looks better than the pictures on the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need... The gas Griller by the balcony is a bonus.

The one way driveway on a very steep slope is very difficult to negotiate especially if a car is coming in the opposite direction.
