ZAZAZAGreat location, excellent view, good quality beds and linen. Great stoep/porch, outside blinds against wind. A real jewel!
Access to parking and garage, small drive-ways for bakkies/4x4. Need to bring extra toiletpaper, black-bags and ant-spray. Overall a great stay!!
ZAZAZAThe views were great. Bear in mind one has to drive to the beach - +/- 1 km Heather the host went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is close to most of Ballito's eateries.
Parking in the garage could be an issue for anyone in a larger vehicle. We have a medium size SUV and didn't want to risk damaging our mirrors so parked in the open parking. Come high season that could be an issue. There are quite a few stairs to lug luggage/groceries etc - so have strong arms or strong helpers! The shower in the ensuite needs attention for the painted tiles peeling and some mould. Neither basins in the bathrooms hold water as the plugs leak. The blinds need servicing, especially in the second bedroom where it's a case of 'what goes up doesn't come down'. Bear in mind the agents call for a R2000.00 damage deposit up front - so be careful. But Heather refunded us within 24 hours. The permanent neighbours below have a yappy Yorky - so when the monkeys are around it goes a bit ballistic.
ZAZAZAI loved everything about the place. It is really a holiday home, from dishwasher to washing machine. The place is central and you have access to more than one beach. Heather (the host) was exceptional and prompt on the responses. Would definitely book again.
