"We did not stay"

The property is not 100 percent safe, especially of you have kids. The sliding doors could open slightly and a chain and a pin must be used to lock both sliding doors. The risk is that someone from the outside could get in. We paid a lot of money and we have not stayed as we did not feel safe and comfortable to stay and sleep. It was addressed with the owner but the owner feels the place is safe. We requested a refund and waiting our response.
