"Disappointing to say the least. Room did not match the photos at all, the place is severely run down"

Location was fine.

Room did not match the photos at all, the place is severely run down and although there are staff around the clock, it lacks general maintenance. Our shower was clogged from the first day using it, the microwave didn't work, the room smelt funny and desperately needs a clean using hard detergents.
