One of my family member got stuck inside the lift approximately 45 min inside because of load shedding and there was no notification for the schedule of load shedding We had to call 911 for assistance Even the body cooperate did not help

The place needs an upgrade for the price they charge . Bathrooms are terrible as well as the kitchen . And the building as a whole could do with a major clean.

There are minor things that need to be fixed around the pool area...nails sticking out in chairs, paving and in the pool. Needs more parking bays.
