"We were out most of the day. Mornings and evenings it was just ok."

location is great with the stunning views

On arrival there was already other guest in our unit. We had to wait in the cold and rain outside for the guest to collect their luggage and other before we could get into our unit 50. It was wrongly allocated to the guest who arrived before us. The 1st night, we struggled to get the heater working. We ended up sitting in a very cold apartment. The next day it was fixed. A bottle of wine was offered for our discomfort, which we did not get.

Good location, with fantastic views over the lagoon!

Stairs to the unit with luggage for elderly people a bit of a negative….. but then again, the view rewards….. Only a bath in the main en suite…. No shower.

The location and the view was superb. It is right next to the waterfront and the entry to Thesen island. The flat was very well equipped with almost everything that you would need. Seems to be secure inside the complex. Probably the first place I have ever been with decent couches as well. Inverter for when the electricity went out as well.

The people from the flat one below had a BBQ every night and the smoke filled the apartment even with closed windows. Only the main bedroom has a ceiling fan. The rest of the flat needs some fans as well, the other guests were suffering in the heat. Linnen and towels seem a bit dated and the curtains did not even match (but all was clean until the smoke came). There are vagrants on the side of the street and their noise carries into the flat, along with the pedestrian gate noises as you need to keep the windows open for ventilation. None of these issues caused serious disruption though and it was still a good place to stay at.
