The location.

This landlord violated their policy. The site said they allowed children. Upon arrival we were told they do not allow children. They told us we would receive a refund. They kept the money. Beware!

Peace. No disturbances Kitchenette was perfect, had stove, Microwave and Bar fridge.

Bedding was clean but too domestic. Made the place look dull. Bathroom taps needs to be replaced

"The best vacation ever enjoyed in Richards bay"

We were met by the property owner after the check in curfew due to closure of roads by truckers. The owner was very friendly and explained the rules of the property. We had a barbecue near our room to really feel at home. The parking garage was more private which increased the feeling of being at home.
