I didn't like my rooms. there were cockroaches every were, coaches were dirty, no lights in both bathrooms, and the bed are old. Not happy at all. Thank you.

The unit is supposed to be beautiful, clearly the host neglected the place. We need new photos updated as the old photos are deceiving. The couch and beds are in bad condition; couches are greasy and dirty. We couldn't use the other bed as its hollow and towels. The bedrooms are so unattractive, no mirrors. Bedroom cupboards need to be cleaned. I thought handwash and airfreshners are basics. Curtains are so light, you can see through. There are cockroaches and spiderwebs. I run Airbnb myself, it means I go an extra mile for my guests. Connie can do better. Guests get impressed by small things.

The facility was clean and nice, security was tight

I did not like my stay because yes, I booked last minute, but they accepted my payment the person handling our apartment did not communicate with accepting payment one of the staff had to help us to call her, but even so she took 5 hours to come to the place, which was not even ready. I was waiting out side in the cold with my 3 kids, which lead us to have flu and cough, until we decided to pay for other apartment. So the first apartment we need a refund,
