The view from the balcony is incredible and there's a wonderful hanging basket seat that you could literally sit in for hours. Situated right in the heart of Umhlanga with too many restaurants and bars around to count.
The apartment is tiny and the internal, even the inter-apartment dividing walls are dry wall! The floor once you you walk out of the elevator is cold and heartless, I would be depressed if that was the final walk to my apartment at the end of each day. Very expensive compared to other accommodation in the area.

View, beautiful deco, comfortable apartment, excess to areas
Next door apartment, 1709 first night. They had a party with loud noise till 3am, second night they smoked so much weed (marijuana) till it start spreading in the passage and into our room
