Getting the keys and the reception was very poor

It was spacious. Close to the town centre. Easy in and out access. Secured garage.

NOTHING, avoid booking this place.

As we arrived to check in at 3pm the host advised us that they double booked and she cannot accommodate us. No consideration to let us know before driving from Capetown to spend th4 night and experience hermanus. This booking was made well in advance. After expressing our dissatisfaction she eventually found us accomodation at an outbuilding in hermanus. Unhappy with this alternative we decided to drive back to Capetown which took 2 hours in peak traffic. Ruined the start of our holiday and experience in hermanus. If you look at the Google reviews you will notice that this was done before.

I wasn't too sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious and the views were amazing. It was a really nice apartment overall.

While the apartment was very nice the only thing I can fault is that the bathroom needs a bit of updating. But that should not put anyone off from staying here.

Views, Closeness to Town centre and Walking Trial. Free Wifi, Garage Parking.

Cleaning was sub-par. We found crumbs and dirt in the kitchen and bottle tops in the lounge from previous guests. Despite unanswered phone calls and whatsapps, we did not have any toilet paper , so had to go out and buy our own. At least provide coffee, tea , sugar and milk in the booking.
