Property Notes

Please note that construction work is going on nearby from Monday to Friday till 5 PM and some rooms may be affected by noise. This is a farm stay with a 1.2 mi gravel road, built in a dense tree forest with multiple small dams. Frogs, mosquitos and spiders are difficult to control especially in the rainy summer times. It's a self-catering unit and personnel and owners are available in standard business hours 8am to 5pm unless in the event of an emergency, and the reason that check in is before 5pm so that you can be assisted if there is discomfort. It's not a hotel or B&B where staff is always available and ready to assist immediately at any time of night. We have strict noise policies and curfews, and planned celebrations are not allowed as well as no day visitors .This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Bad"

Nothing. It was bad. Place smells, no kitchen cupboards, no tiles in bathroom or proper basin, bedding old and uncomfortable, wifi doesn't work, no kitchen detergents as dishes smelt old. Didn't sleep all night, thousands of mosquitoes. Definitely not worth the price. Was the worst place I've ever stayed

"Super awesome stay at Vultures View 4"

Loved the whole vibe of the chalet. All the trees and water around the chalet is so relaxing and calming. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to visit again and would highly recommend friends and family to stay at Vultures view. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much Alicia and Dirk, you guys are awesome

"Only slept over one night, was a quick in and out."

It was comfortable. Loved that there were fans in the house.

There are no mirrors in the rooms. For a group of women that is a must have! Made it very difficult to get ready.

Location is nice & rustic - Units are well equipped & airy. Great place to relax & have a braai

The dirt road to the lodge was not great, & the pond/dam I thought did not really serve a purpose, other than being a huge mozzie breeding facility.
