Property Notes

Please note that construction work is going on nearby from Monday to Friday till 5 PM and some rooms may be affected by noise. This is a farm stay with a 1.2 mi gravel road, built in a dense tree forest with multiple small dams. Frogs, mosquitos and spiders are difficult to control especially in the rainy summer times. It's a self-catering unit and personnel and owners are available in standard business hours 8am to 5pm unless in the event of an emergency, and the reason that check in is before 5pm so that you can be assisted if there is discomfort. It's not a hotel or B&B where staff is always available and ready to assist immediately at any time of night. We have strict noise policies and curfews, and planned celebrations are not allowed as well as no day visitors .This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely!"

The Boho look and feel was lovely and the unit catered for everything we needed for a self catering stay. Loved the large windows overlooking the pond. Comfy beds. The pool was warm and the gardens well kept.

The ants were a problem, but that was fixed with Doom! Our TV had no signal, but with the beautiful surroundings, we didn't miss it. There really wasn't anything we didn't like and we thoroughly enjoyed our night

Was spacious, nice and quiet, decor was top notch, had a very chilled vibe, and load shedding wasn’t an issue as there is a generator.

The flow of the water in the shower. Don’t know about the other rooms but unit 4’s shower head didn’t spray the water, it all came out the back of the head like a taps flow.

The host was friendly, he introduced himself to us. My boys loved the place and they were asking me when is the next vacation to the place. They even invited other family members.

I addressed this with the host and he promised to address it with the care taker.

We love the high glass walls. The book feature wall makes the open space so beautiful. The concrete floors and the kitchen centre island are stunning. The mosquito nets in the bedrooms are a perfect touch. And The sound of the water sprinklers outside into the fish pond is so amazing. A modern apartment with a farm life experience. What a warm place. We Love it!

Vulture's had fun activities to do onsite, including volleyball, soccer, netball/basketball, tennis and badminton. Ideal place for a group of friends. It is in a good location. It is near a mall and other activities like Hennops Hiking Trail and Mangwanani Spa.

Rooms spacious. Property is neat and clean.

On property description clearly says Wifi, but when asked host about wifi, he says it's only in public spaces outside the unit. Would have liked a rail or shelving to hang ones clothes as there's no wardrobe. No oars for the paddling boats to use. Wouldn't accommodate an hr early check-in. Bring EVERYTHING with you, salt, sugar, wash up soap, tea. Nothing is provided like most places. Should also mention the 2km gravel from.main road.
