Almost everything, the apartment is very dirty, floor is wet and with dust, towels are not white, noisy, weed smell everywhere, parking fee for 2nd car is for extra business where lots of parking was available in lot. Water run out without notice for water leakage maintenance. What else I need to mention!

The location of the property was downtown Atlanta nice area, but the property itself was very disgusting. It was tagged like the city of Atlanta, unsafe and hazardous and stopped work for me so the building was not safe to live in as the Atlanta Inspector stated the elevators did not work most of the time we have to walk to stairs if the elevator came, it was at least 15 to 20 minute wait water was out for almost 2 days ice cold water the entrance keypad to the building stopped working multiple times the entrance keypad to the apartment batteries had to keep getting changed because the keypad was locking us out. The door did not lock itself When leaving the building apartment you had to manually lock it the hallway reek of marijuana cigarettes in garbage, a lot of young kids running in and out the apartment.

The building did not look like the pictures. It looked random and was not clean. Carpet was very stained had odors in the building The water even smelled like mildew also had multiple bugs, crawling Beatles, or some type of ladybug

Very cold!!! A space heater that did absolutely nothing!! We had to go buy 2 more space heaters for bedroom and front room!! These weren't any help at all!!
