"Short stay, great host."

The host was very kind and accommodating. The property was clean and homely.

The location! We stayed for 1 night instead of 6 because there were police cars roaming around at night so we became a bit unsettled. NB. Alcohol is not allowed at the property, I feel this should be highlighted by the property.

"It was a convenient place to stay for the purpose of our visit"

The location was not what we expected. The narrative on the app, states mountain view. Not knowing Cape town to well, we expected to be closer to the mountain. The apartment is approximately 15km from the mountain which is not always clearly visible. Proper directions need to be given, we followed the GPS, which took us the long way around, this made us uneasy at first with the location of the apartment. The main bedroom bed was very noisy. On entering the apartment, a sign on the wall stated no alcohol allowed. This was not explained in the app advert.

"Dangerous place to stay"

Nothing

The place was dirty. The beds are old and painful to sleep on. The plates and bowls were dirty. The blankets smelled of dust. There are no outside bins, we stayed with the gabbage in the house for 6 days. The place is in a dangerous area. Close to Cape Flats. We struggled with E-hailing services as they were scared to go to the place. Every Uber driver warned us of the place making it difficult for us to enjoy our stay. We requested to cancel our stay but were denied. We didn't even take pictures. I will never book with you again.

My family and I liked everything, the place is so comfortable it felt like home, and the warm welcome we got was super amazing, definitely going to book again, the sad part was having to leave, I wouldn't mind a whole month there!

Nothing at all, everything was perfect and as promised.
