The place is dirty had a foul smell ,water leaks in the bathroom, rusted furniture & very unsafe had to cancel my booking on arrival & incure additional costs to find another place to sleep with my family & worst of all the host refused to refund me ,felt scammed

Dirtyness, poor maintenance, no room service, no tissue ,smelly blanket ,Dirty rooms and bathrooms, clumsy curtains, dirty pool

Very disappointing. Shower area wasn't clean. Fixtures broken, basin/vanities loose. No shower enclosure. There was a water shortage problem prevalent. Host lied it was a burst pipe. Locals confirmed that the problem was prevalent for weeks.. Didn't have water for the entire day. These issues need to be disclosed prior to accepting confirmation.

I didn't like anything.

The room was dirty, and the fridge and microwave were smelling. From the lift to the room, there was a very bad smell. I couldn't even sleep in that place it was very bad.
