The owner was great in terms of communication and making you feel welcome it is not his fault We had a bad experience as the previous couple that stayed before us left the place in a horrible mess and it had a terrible smell in the kitchen and bathroom the cleaner was horrified with what she had to deal with other than that it was a beautiful and tranquil experience.the place ,view,pool and nature was amazing.

For a selfcatering unit, u would expect it to be a home away from home but it wasn't. For a family of 4 adults as per booking we was given 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. There was no mop, if there was a spill we could have mopped. Beds were terrible very uncomfortable! Did not have adequate or any cookware fit to use very bad condition.. Lack of crockery. No satellite TV although it stipulated it had. No braai/barbeque facilities although they seaid ther was. Overall it was not a pleasent stay... Lucky for us we had other family members whom booked below us unit 31 which was better equipped for a self catering stay. Would not recommend unit 38 for a stay. And of all days we decided spending Christmas there, we expected more.
