The apartment was immaculate clean .its a bright sunny place .its safe and even if it was in an apartment block its so quite and peacefully and most of all safe ...

There was nothing to like .it was just a very peacefull place .Just what I needed

The location was very nice. It was on the main road so easy to walk to the beach and restaurants.

Unfortunately there was a heatwave when we stayed here and we only had a fan to keep us cool. We would have loved to have air conditioning.

Great location. All amenities. Nice complex with 24 hour security and safe parking. Very comfortable bed!!

Need to close bathroom door and windows as lights are on in the complex. No bother though.

Есть охраняемая закрытая парковка. Фото полностью соответствуют реальной квартире. Просторно, чисто.

Постоянно мешал огромный журнальный стол, который занимает огромную площадь квартиры и его нельзя сдвинуть в сторону из-за его большого веса. Жаль,что нет стиральной машинки.

Das Appartement liegt zentral, sodass man vieles zu Fuss erreichen kann und ist strotzdem ruhig. Mit dem Security service fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Die Wohnung ist so ausgestattet, dass man sich gut selbstverpflegen kann. Sehr komfortabel ist der Parkplatz auf dem bewachten Grundstück. Die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Möbel waren schon etwas mitgenommen, insbesondere die Schranktüren.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen und sicheren Lage von Sea Point, unweit der Uferpromenade. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war hervorragend, wir konnten bereits 4 Stunden vor der vereinbarten Check-In Zeit in das Appartment. Auch das Sicherheitspersonal im Haus ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Einen Punkt (9/10) Abzug gibt es da das Appartment sehr hellhörig und nachts sehr hell ist. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel und Schlafmaske hätten wir schlecht geschlafen. Das ist aber der einzige Minuspunkt, sonst war alles top.
