Good location - Sea Point has a lot to offer. Good security and parking - friendly 24/7 security, and safe parking.

There is a drain problem that seems to have been an issue for a while. The sinks all drain very slowly, and when they do, the water and gunk flow into the shower. The bathroom sink plug has been removed incorrectly damaging the thread, making it difficult to replace - likely by a previous tenant to allow the sink to drain better. We did contact the host, and they said that they would look into to this, but as I was working from the apartment, it couldn't be while we were staying there. Being a single living/sleeping area, having a fridge that is so noisy made it difficult to sleep. Also, the blinds don't block a lot of light, and the passage lights makes the room very bright at night making it even more difficult to sleep.

Excellent place, with everything, EVERYTHING within a walking distance.

Great walk to the beach. Close to shops. Close to Waterfront. Host was well prepped for my arrival room was warm. Extra bedding provided.

Excellent location and good value for money for Cape Town.

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable and internet speed relatively slow.
