Tamboerskloof 2 bed apartment

Great location. Nice small adds like milk, coffee pods, chocolates and wine.

Took us 20minutes to get security to open for us. The owner wasn't available at the time. Instructions not clear as to where to find the apartment. Sadly the online photos needs to be updated. Sleep 4 unit but the 2nd room bed is not big enough for 2 people. I had kids and put my daughter on the couch (not a sleeper couch but big enough, had to make a plan for bedding as no extra bedding provided). Pictures show 2 double beds. Currently it's a sleep 3 unit. Alot of cats in the building and cat hair on our beds, I'm allergic and had to take tablets all weekend. No barbecue facilities as stated and when asked i was told the body corporate doesn't allow it. Pics shows a weber and amenities says facilities available. Only one cereal bowl and only 3 coffee mugs. Toilet keeps running if you don't lift the handle. Lovely apartment but needs some tlc and please update your list of amenities and beds available.

The location is perfect. Quite area, view to Table Mountain, restaurants and bars in walking distance and safe parking. The apartment itself is very nice and offers actually everything you need for a short stay. The hosts are reachable anytime and very friendly

The apartment will need a litte touch up and improvements: bathroom (old mouldy shower curtain); "2nd bedroom" the bed is small, mattress is in the middle hanging through and definitely the bed is not for 2 guests; the kitchen is well equipped but the pots/pans etc are not really clean; there are no extra towels and toilet paper (we were 4 guest and stayed for 4 nights but only had 2 bath towels and 2 toilets rolls; gladly there were 2 beach towels we found in one cupboard)
