Great location easy access to beaches and restaurants

Tolle, große Wohnung mit super Ausstattung und sehr hilfreichen Gastgebern. Der Pool ist natürlich auch nicht zu vergessen :-) Pieter hat uns netterweise auch einen früheren Check in ermöglicht und uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben.

Nachts kamen durch die offenen Fenster viele Stechmücken herein und haben uns geärgert, dafür kann der Gastgeber aber nichts. Das ist im Dezember wahrscheinlich ein generelles Problem.

Combinatie van de plek, locatie, faciliteiten, het gemak en vooral de host zelf! Uitgebreid eigen plekje. Alles wat je nodig hebt in het huisje. Dichtbij de zee. Pieter is een super host die veel te vertellen heeft over omgeving, bezienswaardigheden en als je kite dan ben je helemaal bij het juiste adres!

We had a very good stay. A private house in the garden, super clean, but most important: we were received by the host with open arms! Highly recommand this place!

Perfect spot for leisure. Beautiful views and very close to the beach. The host was very nice and allowed us to check in early. Will definitely come back.

Regarding the accommodation: parking available in front of the house, garden and pool, flat equipped with everything you need. Electricity supply without blackout (which is not taken for granted in the area). Impossible to ask for more. But the real strengths are the hosts Pieter and Belinda, who are very welcoming and always willing to meet any request. They made us feel at home. Thank you for making our stay even more special! The flat and garden are very nice. The owner are very kind as they allowed our daughter to join for a few days without extra cost. They also provided extra stuff for her to sleep.

I had a wonderful time and Pieter and his family are amazing hosts and very helpful whatever I needed. Pieter provides lots of useful information and plenty of recommendations to eat or see or surf or wine tasting and even provided me his longboard for surfing. I even got the chance to join the family to a paradise lagoon which I loved a lot and where only locals usually go. Everything was just perfect and I felt a lot like home and even more than that! The accomodation was in a very safe area and very clean and cosy. The place has everything you need and even topped my expectations. It is exactly like in the pictures and even more beautiful, a wonderful paradise to live and spend an amazing time in Cape Town. The beach, grocery markets, restaurants, malls are very close. I would definitely come back and book at Blue Ocean again as I loved the place with lovely local hosts! Thank you so much for everything! Personal hint: I rent a car at Budget Rental directly at the airport for the whole two weeks and really recommend to do so instead of using expensive and insecure Uber. It is very good and easy to drive around in SouthAfrica, even at night it was absolutely fine.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hosts Pieter and Belinda were also lovely and kept an open line for communication. Also seemed like quite a safe neighborhood.
