"Disappointing Stay"

The TV was big & had alot of channels

When I arrived, I was told by the Reception that C11 was already occupied by walk in clients & I was really disappointed that the owner did not communicate my booking for this room with the hotel. The hotel had given me the room F13 for my stay.
