Everything perfect, great location

Lovely family home. Felt very comfortable and the house is situated in the center of town. Will happily stay here again and it is great value for money.

The space and comfort, great braai area and location.

Needs a little bit of maintenance ie the gutter at the outside patio is broken., tiles in main shower are loose.

Loved the fireplace in both the living room and outside patio area.

Could do with more intense cleaning, like the diningroom chairs have bad finger prints. Also very dusty in certain areas.

Great location, great unit.

The room was not ready at check-in at 14:00. There was poor communication between management and the staff responsible for preparing the room. We saw the message on the cleaner's phone which clearly showed she was not informed that guests were checking in to our allocated unit at 14:00. The room would have taken 2 hours to clean from 14:00-16:00. The manager, Linda was requested to return my call, but did not, which is disrespectful and arrogant as a manager. The management needs to undergo customer relationship training or this business will lose customers.

This property is a superb option. Everything about it is ideal. Spacious, comfortable, cozy, clean and well laid out. Great that there is an inverter for this loadshedding moments. I love the fact that it allows you to have privacy. It’s almost a home away from home.

The WiFi was a bit weak at 2mbps. The gutters need maintenance.
