The property was clean and it felt like a home away from home.

Location! Cleanliness. Beautiful. Close to the waterfront . Attention to detail. Many clean towels. Clean bedding. The staff take their time to check if all things are working and are eager to help.

The location is very good, and the apartment is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well equipped with basic condiments, which makes cooking convenient.

There were several issues that negatively impacted our stay. The key collection is done at a shop, and unfortunately the staff there were not welcoming or helpful. They appeared uninterested and unmotivated, which is not the kind of reception one expects when arriving on holiday. According to the booking details, daily cleaning is included. Upon arrival, we were informed that cleaning would cost an additional ZAR 150 per day, and later told that no cleaning is provided on Sundays. Check-in officially starts at 14:00. We informed the host in advance that we would arrive at that time, but at 15:00 the apartment was still not ready. The sound insulation is very poor. Noise from neighbouring apartments, the apartment above, and the corridor is clearly audible. The bedroom is located next to the public corridor, and even the opening of the main entrance door can be heard very clearly. The host did not provide any recommendations or local guidance. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work at any point during our stay. Overall, while the location and the apartment itself meet expectations, the service, communication, and comfort levels need significant improvement.

It is rhe second time we use this unit. We like the view, the great vibe with the restaurants and the people. The location is great.

It is not a cheap apartment, which I'm fine with. But if you get that income from a unit you have to fix it. The sliding doors was a problem 2 years ago already. And it is still not fixed. And with the view you have to struggle with it every day multiple times.

Location. Close to waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. Parking in the building. Nice views. Comfortable Good WiFi and Netflix.
