Early arrival and late departure should be arranged with Sea Gem, in advance, and is subject to a surcharge. Cleaning services can be arranged, in advance, at a surcharge. Kindly be advised that there is a breakage deposit fee of R1 000. Alternative arrangements can be made with international guests 72 hours upon arrival: Bookings at the property can only be made by a natural person. We require proof of identification for both guests staying at the property along with a valid mobile number, at least 72 hours before arrival in order for access to be granted in the complex please.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
