Although close to the centre the place was very quiet ! there were some young guests but they were very considerate regarding making noise and the second evening we even ate and drank together, it was brilliant to meet local guys like this ! We could do 2 laundries for free :-), the room/apartment is maybe not the newest but everything is there, it was clean and the beds were very good and the price is very good for al the comfort you get ! Owner Frank was a real nice guy and eventhough we wanted to leave in the morning we talked together for more than an hour, very nice !
