Mandy's kaliva Club Mykonos

The property is a privately owned unit, and it falls well short of what we are used to when we book through The Holiday Club Timeshare units. The general upkeep and maintenance of the unit are poor.

The restaurants

It is dated and noisy. We booked for 5 people and the sleeper couch was broken.

Good location. Breakfast was not included

The bathroom floor was not totally clean. One of the rooms cupboard door could not close.

Whenever there were maintenance issues, the turn-around time by the maintenance guys to fix the defects was pretty good, Generally the Resort offers the best experience, I will definitely return but occupying a different kaliva that wholly belongs to the Club.

We discovered that the property did not belong to the Club Mykonos but to an individual so requesting anything to be fixed or replaced was always a struggle. For instance, the TV did not fully function and upon requesting a temporary replacement with a smart tv (a suggestion that was made to us by the club maintenance team who actually confirmed that such requests are usually made and honoured) we were however told by the owner that it was not Club policy to do so. Also the kettle stopped working and had to request a new one...however the maintenance guys were quick to provide a replacement.

The Add was deceiving; it made me believe this unit had a roof top pool and private jacuzzi

The furniture is in need of a serious upgrade. Waterfall was very loud through the night. Extractor fan in one bathroom not working
