Goozi Garden Cottage

Big one room apartment, with bed/lounge/dining/kitchen, plus separate bathroom. All modern and comfortable. Two streets back from the beach, so pretty good location, walkable and safe with caution. Car was secure behind locked gates. Some snacks and milk provded free were appreciated. Close to our favourite restaurant in SA, The Pear Tree, you must go. Whales were aplenty in the bay when we went in mid September, great viewing from the shore, and our host helped us book a whale viewing cruise too.

Gas heater is unflued which made me nervous, no CO detectors visible. Gas bottle was empty when we arrived but issue was quickly remedied on request, within a few hours I think. Despite the features listed, there is no working TV. There is a TV, but it is not connected to any cable service or even an antenna for free to air TV. The apartment is good, but the site is sort of ugly, it is a room behind a commercial premises of some sort, and appliance store I think.

nothing to complain about, only feedback is could do with something to put our cases on as opposed to the floor, maybe replace a chair for a table?
