I love how thoughtful the owner was to have provided tea, coffee milk and sugar. How fully equipped the place was. It is a real home away from home place. Very clean and tidy, fresh towels provided. Beautiful

I would not change a thing. maybe just maybe put different color bedding for families traveling with Kids lol white gave me some anxiety. Towels as well any other color besides white towels would be awesome LOL.

"Massive dissapointment"

Location was nice. Pool area also good. Security at gate was very helpful when we checked in.

Place was very dirty and because of this the unit is full of small cockroaches. Bathroom-wall tiles have not been cleaned in a while. Black mold on tiles. Sink drain very slowly. Extractor fan not working. Bedroom 1- not properly cleaned. Found old juice bottles under the bed Main bedroom- not properly cleaned. Found socks under the bed and cupboard need a good clean. Very sticky. Bed matress is really bad as there is no support. Spring in mattress have already collapsed Kitchen- What a disgrace. This place is so dirty that we did not kook any food in the unit. Cupboards are not clean and full of cockroaches. Top of stove extractor fan is an absolute mess. Has not been cleaned in ages. Has a thick layer of sticky dust on top. There was even 2 rusted beer bottle caps on top. Top of fridge is also disgusting. Sticky dust and full of dead insects. Living room- only one couch can really be used to sit on as the other couch is falling apart . Overall the place need a serious deep clean and maintenance is also much needed. For example the front door jam when open it and on one window the latch is broken off. Better furniture is definitely needed .

"Unfortunately not what we expected"

It was quite

Photos and what was shown did not match what we got. They forgot to do our paperwork and keys so had to spend an hour phoning around to get in. Advertised with WiFi but due to storm still not fixed but no correspondence. We had to phone again to find this out after trying several times. So unfortunately not the best experience.
