Beautiful spacious house on a stunning vineyard. Everything you would need for a perfect stay. John and Gael were wonderful hosts and along with the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful artwork in the property and decor was outstanding and unique. Excellent wine tasting. Good farm shop just down the road for provisions.

By no means a negative or criticism but the water flow in the annex was a little inconsistent and an extra light on the steps may help in the evening.

Staff Morris was attentive and helpful. Dining room and a great view.

The property was described as a 3 bedroom but the 3rd bed room was on top of the main house with a completely different entrance and not connected. The hot water didn’t work for the 3rd room. It was winter and there was no heating in the house, we had to ask them to bring in heaters, and they provided 3 gas portable heaters, enough for each bedroom. We were pretty much in our coats the entire time we were in the common areas. There was also an ant infestation on our last day.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It’s incredibly cozy, full of thoughtful and meaningful details— beautiful fabrics, patterns, and a wonderfully curated interior that made us feel completely at home. There are so many lovely touches everywhere: candles, books, art pieces — each corner feels inspiring. The view of the mountains is truly breathtaking — some of the most stunning we’ve ever seen (and we’ve seen quite a few!). The garden and the lawn in front of the house are just as magical. We also really enjoyed the wine — thank you so much! We’ll be opening it back home with joy, remembering our beautiful time in South Africa.
