The location

Nothing was switched on, you had to navigate a heap of overloaded extension electrical leads to put on the kettle. A safety hazard. The tv had a constant dstv notification on the screen that kept on coming back on. The geyser had to be switched on and switched off when you left. There were no towels in the room, we had to go ask for towels. No hand wash at the hand basin. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Very noisy during the night, a fan or sound of a dryer on till past midnight. Definitely not value for money.

Everything this is now my second home, their housekeeper is very friendly too😇

The pepper steak pies.

Cockroaches all over the tables at night when the light is off. Room 1 and 6. The noose in the next door room when you in Room 1 makes it impossible to sleep. Stupid that if one wants to stay for 2-3 weeks every flippin day,have to book on booking.com and cost over R500. I strongly disagree with that. Asking a person that stays for 2-3 weeks the same per night as a person who stays 1 night.

Close to the major highway hub, privacy, safety, all essentials in the room and homely feel

It could have easily been a 10 if they could review their housekeeping rules; i.e., once-a-week cleaning and linen change, including toiletries, is a bit of a stretch. Otherwise, this is a good value for money property...excellent
