good location but TERRIBLE Hosts and staff! rude and tried to rip us off by insisting we pay R1000 for our child to stay in the self catering apartment!

mattress was old and very uncomfortable! Towels were stained and dirty! hosts and staff shockingly RUDE and tried to rip us off by insisting they charge us for our child who slept in the same uncomfortable bed as us! didn’t even offer to set up an extra bed to justify an extra charge. simply wanted us to pay extra for the “privilege” of having our child be with us for the weekend! what a joke!

We did not have breakfast, was not informed about it. What we liked about the accommodation was the fact that it had an AC and electric blanket with an additional warm blanket. It was a very cold and wet night, these extra's made our stay more comfortable and cozy.
