Francor Blouberg Beach

Great place perfect location, and very clean. Check in instructions were swift and efficient. Wifi was down but the team sorted it quickly. Lovely outside seating area.

Beds are a little dated and below the standard expected for an Airbnb / serviced accommodation. Bedroom fans need maintenance as they not fitted correctly and make a lot of noise due to excess movement.

The area was nice and safe, we could walk to and from the beach and nearby shops.

On arrival, I used the access code provided then i knocked on the door to what looked like the main house and there was no answer, I had to walk around to find the gardener who helped knock and the owner gave me the key and showed me the room before he disappeared to the main house. We were not given the room that we booked, we expected two bedrooms with living room and couches and kitchen according to the photos instead we got one open plan room more like studio apartment. with two small coaches and kitchen set - all in one space. The garden in the photos is not for the room that we were given, Lastly, the owner was not available to assist with my queries. That room was not value for money. I don't like the Booking.com rule of non refundable upfront payment, had I not paid up front I would have left to look for another accommodation in the area.

Well situated near the beach, shops and malls. Very neat and tidy Had all the comforts of home. Quiet and peaceful

Not really complaining but room for improvement in the following areas:- Cheap toilet paper No daily cleaning of unit No towel change for 4 days
