"Perfect"

I liked everything about the property! We were late and I thought it would be a problem but it wasn’t a problem at all! We didn’t ever meet the owner but we didn’t mind. We had a great time and we were super satisfied with our stay!

"Peaceful and refreshing"

We had a late check-in on the evening of arrival and our host assisted us. Our host was just incredible with regards to how they handled us checking in late. The fireplace worked perfect for the cold chilly evenings and just really commend the cleanliness of the unit. I will definitely return to Francor every time I am in Cape Town.

We had to park outside. It was unsettling at first because we are from Johannesburg, however, it seems like the norm in the area as it was safe.

Owner was not attentive and didn't make sure all facilities were working .There were not enough towels when we got there and TV wasn't working.

check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and responsive and the property was peaceful and quiet.

Our first evening, I had a shower and the drain was clogged. The shower automatically goes cold then when I turn it a bit warmer then it gets boiling hot or it just goes completely cold then I have to switch it off and put it back on and a few times not even that helped, it was really frustrating. The bathroom was not as clean as the rest of the apartment, we came across a few baby cockroaches. The flies and mosquitos were a bit much.
