Convenient for our purposes

Very noisy location on the beach road. Basic accommodation, old utensils etc. Needs a good make over. No screening from the morning sun.

everything about the place when you enter is very beautiful, it would have been nice if there was a host to show you around. we got lost and went to the other property they have, we were looking for our room only to find out we were at the wrong place. we wanted to get housekeeping services but no one came to offer any. the place is beautiful i loved everything about it except the No Welcoming part

We received no welcome from anyone, even though the host told us were to go for people who do not know their way around Ballito it was tricky, some of us had network problems there isnt good cellphone reception in those areas.

"On the whole, the visit was pleasant."

A map should have been provided indicating where the unit was located - there are 2 sections of Chaka's cove and directions needed to be provided to the appropriate section. My husband does not like to sleep with a duvet - blankets need to be provided as an alternative. We will not use the same unit as we did not like the open plan bathroom.
