"Nice modern place with lots to do within 200 meters"

Great views. The place is still pretty new. Modern equipment. Comfortable bed. The shared areas (working space, balcony) are well-designed. The staff was helpful regarding luggage storage on check in check out. There are multiple nice restaurants and coffee places in walking distance, as well as grocery stores. Great book store nearby too.

Making use of the laundry machine was not included in the prize, and it wasn’t cheap. And, it’s no biggie, but two lights weren’t working. Water pressure in the shower is pretty low.
