"NO REFUND. DANGEROUS"

Nothing

No refund policy. Dangerous area. Not safe. Suspicious people walking the streets outside the building. Reception staff not friendly, did not u derstand me, very rude. Do not book with this hotel.

Rooms are full of broken furniture and pictures on website doesn't look anything like what is going on overall. Hot rooms bad ventilation and no air-conditioning. Have to pay for parking and on site it said pet friendly no additional charge, no extra charge but they said we need to pay additional 90 dollars for a small little pet. Bed where broken, our backs are killing us after this bad bad place. Shower also bad, it's build down on one side where you need to stand. Very slippery. Also no sea facing and no Executive its a bad and dark, creepy guest house.

I liked the staff and the outside facilities

No aircon or fan No water most of the 7 days Toilet and shower right inside the room. Suspect people moving in and out of guesthouse day and night. There are permanent residents also. Felt unsafe. Loadshedding - no light provision made for the very dangerous staircase. Pictures on booking.com does not look anything like the room. Room has a very unfinished look. This review is for the owner. If nobody tell you what is wrong, you are in the dark.
