Whinstone Farm

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. The property is very calm, bright and beautiful. Cottage 1 is large and accommodated us very well! The shower was amazing, we really enjoyed the rustic nature of the cottage. Our last day was a cold misty morning, and the property really lit up well. The issues that we did face were resolved by the host which was very nice.

Services were very delayed and very different from what I had expected and booked. Our only issue was that we did not get what we booked.

A lovely weekend getaway. Very comfortable and clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

No breakfast, My stay was good although there was a problem with electricity and TV.

The carport is far from the cottages. The TV was disfunctional

Well I can only say that the location was fine for our needs

Well it is in dire need of a spruce up. The lack of furniture inside- no tables or dressing table in bedrooms. You have to put all your stuff on the floor. No headboards! No side light on one side of main bed. No operating TV to watch. Gas lighter was barely working enough to light the gas stove to boil the kettle. The gardens surrounding the property are so full of weeds. We never saw the owners at all. I would not be recommending this place to anyone.
