Wedgwood Cottage

The location, the scenery, the hostess, the quietness and most importantly Luna 😍 (you will know when you meet her). There is nothing better, than a great stay when you’re away from home and Kath made sure that this home away from home is an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend booking this unit when it has some availability, it’s sooo worth it!

The property was in a safe area within Constantia and the it was clean and had all the amenities one could need. The cottage is blocked off from the house so it very private, and there is even a little garden in the front for you to enjoy the sunshine. We were also treated to a little chocolate on the bed when we arrived, which was a lovely touch.

I liked everything.

A lovely, exceptionally clean space in a very safe location (NB as I was on my own), right in beautiful, leafy Constantia. I loved seeing all the runners and cyclists doing their thing early in the mornings. Two shopping Centre’s located nearby which was super convenient, plus some wine farms.

We liked everything about the place, it truly met and exceeded my expectations. I love cooking so the stove and the pots were my ultimate favourite. The aircon saved us from the heat we experienced on one night. Everything was just fantastic, we’re definitely going to book this place again. I’d like to thank the host(Kathy and Sis’Nomsa) as well, they were so kind and helpful.

Location

This winter we returned to this cottage as it is conveniently situated, clean as well as cosy. Extra blankets and pillows were most welcome during those cold winter nights. In addition to the little space heater, you could turn on the AC and warm up the whole room within a short time. We enjoyed the almost instantaneous hot water showers with just the correct water pressure. This cottage is our preferred stay for a winter in Cape Town. Thank you, again.
