Excellent location with fine views, well equipped, convenient parking, good security. Our hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

One of us disliked the bolster pillows. The duvet was too much in summer weather, and a light blanket over the sheet would be preferable.

Every single thing - perfect for people who Love seriously engrained Black Mold and deep-seated Mildew, stale cigarettes smoke from the Master upstairs permeating the kitchen bathroom and children's bedroom, and most joyful for holiday travel at Full Peak Rates - cold showers and baths because the good doctor is too cheap to give hot water for the low prices. DON'T DO IT - the view is so nice, you won't see it, you are not allowed to sit 🪑 no furniture with a view for the peasants. 1 star. (And electric outlet problems, fridge turned to hottest setting spoiled all the food because he is a Cheapskate penny pinching unkind person who should not be a Host.

The apt was very cold - even when the temperature outside was warm. The driveway is up a steep incline, and the parking was awkward between concrete pillars. The owners live directly above and seem to constantly monitor the apt, which made me uncomfortable. The location is near the beach but traffic on the Main Road is often bottlenecked.
