The cleanliness was exceptional. The appliances were luxurious. All the facilities mentioned in the booking exceeded expectations. You see that the owner put a lot thought into the design and layout of the entire space. Attention to detail for every room and every corner in the house was unique, creative and suitable for the midlands ambience. My family had so much fun in the river, the hot tub, sauna, making pizza and smores . Our hosts were friendly and attended to us swiftly.

We loved the overall design, and the location. We loved the peacefulness.

The sauna did not work. The door was aligning poorly meaning that the heat escaped. And the door could not be closed from inside so my partner had to close it from the outside, and so could not join me. The main elements are broken requiring the portable heater inside the sauna. This and the hot tub were main attractions for us so this was a disappointment. The hot tub is in need of renovation. The paint is coming off. We tried to heat it but did not succeed after 6 hours of trying. ( perhaps our fault ).
